  1. Boil 100 gm Broccoli, 100 gm Yellow and Green Zucchini in water for 30 seconds. Immediately put them in Ice Water to retain color. Once cold take it out and dry them and keep these vegetables aside.
  2. Heat 50 ml Refined Oil in kadhai on high flame and add 1 piece Dry Red Chilli, a pinch of Jeera, 1 tablespoon chopped Garlic, 1 piece small Onion finely chopped, 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder, 3 teaspoons Dhani Pure Sabzi Masala, some Water, 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste, Iodised Salt to taste, 1 piece Green Chilli, 1 piece Tomato finely chopped.
  3. Add all vegetables kept aside to this kadhai and stir properly. Add fresh Cream as per liking.
  4. Cover this kadhai and cook on low flame for 10 minutes and then open.
  5. Add few strands of Ginger Juliennes and freshly chopped Coriander Leaves on top.
  6. Serve hot.
