  1. For Bhaji:
  • Heat 50 ml Refined Oil in kadhai on high flame and add 1 piece Onion finely chopped, 20 gm each chopped Beans and chopped Carrots, 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 cup Water, 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, ½ teaspoon Coriander Powder, 1 teaspoon Dhani Pure Pav Bhaji Masala, Iodised Salt, 2 cups Water, 50 gm Butter, 5 tablespoons Tomato Puree, 1 big sized grated boiled Potato, 2 – 3 cups Water.
  • Let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes and keep it aside.
  1. For Pav(s):
  • Heat pan on low flame and then add 20 gm Butter,1 teaspoon Dhani Pure Pav Bhaji Masala.
  • Put Pav(s) on pan after cutting each from middle and heat them till crisp. Keep them aside.
  1. Assembly:
  • Serve hot Bhaji along with Pav(s) kept aside nicely in a plate.
  • Put some Butter and sprinkle some Dhani Pure Pav Bhaji Masala on top of Bhaji. Garnish with fresh chopped Coriander Leaves, Ginger Juliennes, Lemon Wedges, Butter and Onion Rings.
  • Sprinkle some more Dhani Pure Pav Bhaji Masala on top of Bhaji.
