  1. Whip 100 gm Curd and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons chopped Cucumber, 1 tablespoon chopped Tomato, 1 teaspoon Dhani Pure Raita Masala, 2 teaspoon chopped Onion, ½ piece Green Chilli finely chopped, Black Salt, 1 teaspoon finely chopped Coriander Leaves, 4 – 5 Mint Leaves.
  3. Mix well with the help of whisk. Add Iodised Salt to taste.
  4. Serve chilled garnished with 1 Mint sprig. Sprinkle some roasted crushed Jeera.
