Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add 50 gm Desi Ghee in kadhai on high flame and heat it well.
  2. Add to this kadhai a pinch of Jeera, Kalongi, 1 piece Onion finely chopped, ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder, 2 teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 piece Tomato finely chopped, 3 teaspoons Tomato Puree, 2 pieces Achaari Mirchis cut into roundels, 1 cup Water, 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder, 1 tablespoon Dhani Pure Kitchen King, some freshly chopped Coriander Leaves, Iodised Salt, 2 tablespoons Fresh Cream.
  3. Add 120 gm freshly grated Paneer to this kadhai. Toss and mix well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with chopped Coriander Leaves
