Instructions

  1. Add 100 gm fresh Mint Leaves in a blender/ mixer.
  2. Add blender 80 gm fresh Coriander Leaves, 5 gm fresh Ginger, 8 – 10 pieces Garlic Cloves and 1 – 2 piece(s) Green Chilli(s) in this blender/ mixer and mix them properly.
  3. Add 4 – 5 pieces Ice Cubes to this mixer to retain color.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon Dhani Pure Pudina Chutney Masala, Iodised Salt, lemon juice of ½ Lemon wedge.
  5. Serve fresh.

(Note: This dish is for 2-3 persons)

(Pudina Chutney can also be made by adding 1 tablespoon Dhani Pure Pudina Chutney Masala to 3 tablespoons Water and then by stirring well.)
