1.  Add 200 gm washed and soaked Urad Black Whole Dal in pressure cooker and cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes.

2. Add Iodised Salt, 2 pieces Hari Elaichis, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.

3. Cook Dal on low flame for 20 minutes and keep it aside.

4. Heat pan on low flame and add White Butter, 2 teaspoons Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, some Tomato Puree, boiled Dal kept aside, ½ teaspoon Dhani Pure Dal Makhani Masala, ½ teaspoon powdered Kasoori Methis, ½ teaspoon Cumin Powder, some butter, 4 tablespoons fresh Cream.

5. Cook this pan for 12-15 minutes and then for 5 minutes more after adding ½ teaspoon Honey.

6. Serve hot garnished with Butter and Cream.
